We have planned an easy to follow 4 mile run that Sarah's Runners can do on a Wednesday night, if you would like a shorter option than the main Harriers run and would like to join us on club night.
The route can be downloaded as a PDF for you to print off as well.
Some of the route is off road but there's no need for trail shoes as at present it's as dry as a bone. As ever on club runs, runners should make sure they don't leave anyone running on their own. Enjoy the run!
Start at a walk; turn right out of Nevill Gate then left at Roedean.
At the top of Roedean run starts.
Turn left up Frant Road to zebra crossing.
Cross and turn right into Broadwater Down.
Run all the way along Broadwater Down, almost to the Eridge Road.
Turn left into the entrance to Hargate Forest (opposite the osteopath)
Follow the main path, straight past Welcome sign
Take right fork.
Follow along (there are some blue arrows on the trees on the left hand side)
Path diverges round a tree (go round either way as it meets up on the other side of the tree)
Continue on path which bears round to the right.
Follow along until it reaches gate onto Bunny Lane. 2 miles.
Take same route back (but no walking!)
