Marathon training runs on Sunday mornings

This year's marathon training runs will follow the usual route of 18 miles from the car park of the Camden Arms in Pembury.

Sessions start at 8am and are planned for:

  • 28 January
  • 18 February
  • 18 or 25 March (TBC)
  • 08 April, if anyone fancies a final long run two weeks before London!

There will be three water stations along the route. You can pick up printed directions at the start.

If anyone wants anything other than water, bring your bottle to Derek at the club on the Wednesday before the run, with your name on it.
