Harriers' vests were out in force in the 5 mile Penshurst Cross Country Run. The race was run in bright sunshine and sub-zero temperatures over a rock hard frozen course, making for the fastest running conditions since the 101 year old race was resurrected in 2000.
Chris Smith and Becky Shorter took part in the Round Llydaw Race near Snowdon on New Year's Day, organised by their mountaineering club Gorphwysfa.
Nick Gibbins took part in the Parkrun 5k in Bramhall Park, Stockport on 27th December. The winner was Malcolm Fowler of Wilmslow RC in 17.32, and Nick finished in 8th position in 19:57.
