Kent Masters Cross County Championships at Central Park, Dartford
The Kent Veterans’ Cross Country Championship will take place at Central Park Dartford. This is an event for older runners only –
men of 40 years and above and women of 35 years and above. Don’t be put off by the fact that this is a championship event, it is open to all club runners in the relevant age categories (providing you meet the Kent residency criteria – see below). Individuals can score in their own age groups but there are also team prizes in each age category. It would be nice to put out teams in as many age categories as possible, and we especially need ladies to make up teams, so please come along and support club in this event.
There will be three races starting at 11:00am for the following age categories:
11.00 M50 – M59 – approx 9k
12.00 M60 – M69, M70+, W35 – W44, W45 – W54, W55 – W64 and W65 – approx. 5k
12.50 M40 – M49– approx 9k
In order to enter you need to meet one of the following criteria:
* Born in the Kent County Athletics Association Area (includes the County of Kent and the London Boroughs of Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley and Bromley)
* Not born in the KCAA area but have previously competed in KCAA County Championships
* Have been in continuous residence in the KCAA area for at least 9 months

The race headquarters and presentations will be in the Dartford Harriers club house.
Parking at the clubhouse, including an overspill area, is extremely limited so car sharing is recommended. The Acacia Car Park, Overy Liberty DA1 1DJ public pay and display car park as shown on the course maps is strongly recommended and convenient to the course. (The Central Car Park, Market Street is limited to a maximum stay of 2hrs)
